Website Use
This website is exclusively institutional and informational in nature, intended to present Duvalli and its products and services.
Intellectual Property
All content available on this website — including texts, images and logos — is the property of Duvalli or the respective rights holders, protected by applicable intellectual property legislation. Reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorisation from Duvalli is prohibited.
Job Applications
Spontaneous applications are collected through a Google Forms form, managed within Duvalli's Google Workspace service. Submitted data — including name, contact details, curriculum vitae and any attached documents — are stored in the company's Google Workspace account and processed in accordance with Duvalli's Privacy Policy. Data is retained for a maximum period of 6 months, after which it is deleted.
Client Area / Catalogue Access
Access to the online catalogue requires completing a form with the company's details (contact name, company, tax ID (NIF), email and telephone). This data is sent to Duvalli and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Contact by the sales team only takes place if the user expressly authorises it in the form, and this authorisation may be withdrawn at any time via info@duvalli.com.
Employee Area
Access to the employee area requires a password provided by the company. This area redirects to an external questionnaire form hosted on Duvalli's Google Workspace platform. Access is restricted to authorised employees.
Reporting Portal
The reporting portal is an external service provided by the Workky platform (workky.com), independent of Duvalli. Reports and data submitted through this portal are processed directly by Workky, under their own terms of service and privacy policy.
